The composition of the Management Board has changed

By the decision of the Management Board of National Managing Holding "Baiterek" JSC dated November 17, 2023, the following changes were made to the composition of the Management Board of Qazaqstan Investment Corporation JSC:

- from November 16, 2023, the powers of Ainur Sainovna Kuatova as Chairperson of the Management Board and member of the Board of Directors of Qazaqstan Investment Corporation JSC have been terminated prematurely;

- from November 17, 2023, the duties of the Chairman of the Management Board of Qazaqstan Investment Corporation JSC have been temporarily assigned to Zholat Yerbolat Bauyrzhanuly.
